Healthy Living Magazine is delivered directly by Canada Post to over 50,000 residences in Markham, Unionville, Stouffville and Uxbridge on a quarterly basis. It features exciting articles designed to improve the health and well-being of everyone in the area along with news from the Hospital and the Foundation. Healthy Living has three main objectives. To inform the community about the Hospital, raise awareness for the Foundation and encourage everyone to live a healthy lifestyle which will, in turn, reduce hospital visits.
