Info-data.ca is a confidential data gathering system that provides direct input to numerous publishing projects. Participants simply complete the specific data form and it is submitted directly to the specific database file.
EXAMPLE:
An “Advertisers Listing” submission for the York Region Visitors’ Guide 2004, goes directly to the York Region database for use in the publishing of that journal.

How It Works:
An electronic, custom-made promotional page will be emailed to potential participants. The recipient will be able to consider the offer and then follow a link from the email to the www.info-data.ca website. The website will host all the necessary, easy-to-use forms, which will allow participants to instantly fill them in and submit. Once the data has been submitted an email confirmation will be sent to the participant and a notification will be emailed to the client. All information will be stored in a confidential and secure database that can be moved directly into graphic design software for art purposes. This system enables more accurate and less time-consuming handling of data, useful for such projects as publishing of guides and directories.
